In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.10.2022 No.1202:

• temporary or permanent residence permits, except for those issued to citizens of the Russian Federation, whose validity period has expired or which are to be exchanged in accordance with the legislation after February 24, 2022, confirm the legal grounds for temporary or permanent residence in Ukraine and the right to enter Ukraine for the period of martial law and within 30 calendar days from the date of its termination or cancellation;
• foreigners or stateless persons, except for citizens of the Russian Federation, will have to submit documents for the exchange of such permits for temporary or permanent residence within 30 calendar days from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law in accordance with the procedure established by the law.
